Trouble logging on to Sell2Bell?
1) Password resets: Please call 1-800-533-6093 (Press option 2, then option 9).
2) Internet Explorer needs to be version 6.0.
3) The problem may be your systems firewall. Please work with your IT Department and check to make sure your firewall rules are set to allow outbound traffic on Port 444.  If you have changed your settings to match the requirements and are still experiencing a problem please contact our Supplier Portal Help Desk (1-866-412-9236) or Sell2Bell@bellhelicopter.textron.com to log a trouble ticket.

Procure-to-Pay (P2P) Went Live on April 14, 2008
The Procure-to-Pay (P2P) project, which implemented the SAP® system to improve Bell Helicopter’s business processes for buying direct materials and services, from purchase requisitions to PO placement, receipts, receipt inspections, and payments went live on April 14, 2008.  The P2P project is an essential step in Bell’s journey to premier and we thank you all for your patience during our journey.

Numerous support mechanisms are available and range from go-live kits and training materials, to a Supplier Support Line, and the Sell2Bell site.

Here’s a quick glimpse of what is available to Sell2Bell users:

  • Sell2Bell Site:  A Web site containing a wealth of information, such as training materials, quick reference cards, and other helpful documents.  Also includes links to SAP® Portal, Forms, and SecureWeb.
    • Supplier Go Live Kit: A manual that provides tips for logging in, setting up user profiles, and finding additional resources for help.
    • Training Materials: Includes presentation materials and computer based training that provide step-by-step instructions on how to navigate through the SAP® Portal and use the system to perform tasks. Cheat Sheets are also provided as quick reference guides with step-by-step directions on specific transactions and reports.
    • Frequently Asked Questions: A list of frequently asked questions about a wide range of topics available on the Sell2Bell site.
  • Supplier Portal Support & Help Desk:
    • Email: sell2bell@bellhelicopter.textron.com for any issues and questions regarding the Portal or to log a ticket.
    • Phone: 1-866-412-9236 for one on one help with questions, issues or to log a ticket .
  • Buyers:  Always your first resource to turn to! Be sure to contact them regarding contractual changes and quotes.

As you can see, numerous support mechanisms are available to aid Suppliers, most of which can be found on the Sell2Bell site. 

Since the April 14th go-live date, we have embraced this change and look forward to an exciting journey to premier!
