| Frequently Asked Questions How do I access the portal? The portal can be accessed at www.sell2bell.com through any Internet connection. It is recommended that you use Internet Explorer 5.0, Netscape 4.0 or later versions. How do I get a user ID and password? Please contact your local Bell Helicopter buyer to request access. The buyer will then submit your request internally. Once the request has been processed, you will receive an email notification from Sell2Bell informing you of your new access and how to log into the system. It only takes 2 – 3 days from the time you contact your local Bell buyer to receive your login information. What if I forget my password? Contact the Textron Portal Helpdesk for a password reset at 1-316-831-4062 Option 6. Can Bell Helicopter monitor how I use my computer when I am logged on to Sell2Bell? No, Bell cannot monitor what you do with your computer when you are logged on to the enterprise portal. Very basic information such as the date and time that you log on to Sell2Bell will be recorded for security purposes, but no information will be transferred to Bell from your private machine. Of course, while using the enterprise portal, you must adhere to the Proprietary Information Exchange Agreement (PIEA) with Bell Helicopter. Is the information transferred over the Internet secure? Throughout the development of the portal, security was our highest priority. The information available on the portal is protected with the absolute highest level of security available for a web browser (encryption over 128-bit SSL connection). |
